Kinetic Link Training (KLT)
Kinetic Link Training is a precise and comprehensive functional strength
and conditioning training system. The utilisation of an effective functional strength training system such as KLT will assist
you in achieving both specific and wholistic physical fitness and wellbeing goals.
Functional strength training can be very simply defined as "resistance training that serves the purpose for which it was
intended". This type of training can assist people of all ages and with many different goals - from someone wanting to be
able to pick up the grandchildren to an elite athlete looking for an edge or less risk of injury -KLT can be adapted to suit
anyone and everyone.
At Revive the KLT programs are run by our Exercise Physiologists and Physiotherapists who have been trained in this system of exercise under the guidance of Wayne Rogers (Sports Physio and inventor or KLT)
Getting started:
You are required to an initial assessment prior to commencing KLT sessions or starting on your home exercise program.
Below are the options available to you = you can choose to do your sessions under supervision at the clinic or at home with regular
check-in's to progress your program:
