Katie Bohn
Katie completed her Master of Physiotherapy at the University of Sydney in 2023. Prior to this, she obtained her Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from Queen’s University in Canada.
Katie has a background working in athletic therapy supporting athletes in rugby, volleyball, soccer, lacrosse, ice hockey, and weightlifting.
Katie has interests in a wide range of musculoskeletal injuries including back and neck pain, headaches, and other soft tissue injuries. Alongside her training in various types of manual therapy, Katie can provide comprehensive exercise prescription and education in biomechanics to facilitate recovery. Katie values patient centred care and helping people reach their individual goals in health and wellness.
Katie has had diverse healthcare involvement in Australia, gaining invaluable experience in both public and private sectors. Her work has involved assisting individuals who underwent orthopaedic surgeries like joint replacements or reconstructions, supporting geriatric rehabilitation, aiding in neurological recovery after stroke or traumatic brain injury, and some experience in women's health.
Outside of the clinic, Katie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and her dog.
